Collision Repair in Toronto
After an accident you need two things: a clear picture of the damage and someone who will fix it properly. We handle the body work, the paint and the mechanical side in one shop.
Collision damage is rarely just what you can see. A bumper hit can hide broken clips, bent reinforcement bars or damaged sensors behind the cover. We start every collision job with a full assessment so the estimate reflects the real repair, not just the visible panel.
Because K SAM does mechanical work as well as body and paint, the parts of a collision that affect how the car drives (suspension, steering, cooling) are looked at by the same shop that fixes the panels.

Collision & Body questions
View all FAQsCan I send photos before bringing the car in?
Yes. Upload photos through the estimate form and we will review them and get back to you. Photos give us a starting point; some damage can only be confirmed in person.
Should I call my insurer first or K SAM first?
Either order works. Many people report the claim to their insurer and send us photos the same day so the assessment can start.
Do I need an appointment?

Helpful guides
- Should You Repair or Replace a Damaged Bumper?Repair it if the damage is scuffs, small cracks or a shallow dent and the mounting tabs are intact. Replace it if the cover is torn, has several cracks, has broken mounting points, or if the parts behind it are damaged.
- How Long Does Collision Repair Take?Minor cosmetic repairs can take a day or two. Moderate collision damage often takes several days to a couple of weeks. The biggest factors are the extent of hidden damage, parts availability and, for insurance claims, how long approvals take.
- Body Shop vs Mechanic: Who Repairs What?A body shop repairs the outside and structure of the car: panels, bumpers, paint and collision damage. A mechanic repairs how the car runs: engine, brakes, suspension, steering and electrical problems. After an accident you often need both.
