Do you provide estimates?
Yes, estimates are free. Start one online with photos of the damage, or call 438-827-5232.
Can I send photos of the damage?
Yes. The estimate form lets you upload photos straight from your phone. A full view of the vehicle, the damaged area, a close up and an angled shot give us the best picture. Some damage can only be confirmed in person.
Do you repair all makes and models?
Yes. We work on all makes and models, from daily drivers to higher end vehicles.
Do you work with insurance claims?
Call us to talk through your claim. Have your insurer's name and claim number handy if you have one.
Can you match my factory paint colour?
Paint is mixed from your vehicle's colour code and checked against the car itself, because paint changes with age and sun. Blending into neighbouring panels helps the repair disappear.
How long will my repair take?
It depends on the damage and on parts availability. You will get a time estimate with your repair estimate, and we will keep you updated if anything changes.
Do you offer mechanical repairs?
Yes. K SAM is a mechanical shop as well as a body and paint shop, so you can deal with one shop for both.
Do you repair minor dents and scratches?
Yes. Small dents, scuffs and scratches are some of the most common jobs we see. Send a photo for a quick answer.
Can I bring my vehicle in after an accident?
Yes. Make sure the vehicle is safe to drive first. If it is not, call us to talk about getting it to the shop.
Do I need an appointment?
Calling ahead or sending an estimate request first means someone is ready to look at your vehicle when you arrive.
